The pool, courts, and playground will now close at 5 PM as we enter the Fall season. The hours on our web page now reflect this change, as well.
Remember that Trick-or-Treating hours for Sunday are 5 PM to 8 PM.
Everyone please be safe this weekend!
Because of the feedback from the survey we sent out a majority of residents who answered would like to have the community yard sale sooner rather than later. With the CDC lessening restrictions we are going to hold our next one on Saturday, June 26th. The front entrance gate will be open from 8 AM to 2 PM for the sale. Please start getting your items ready for that day.
We will still hold a community yard sale in October when we normally have our 2nd one for the year.
Our playground and all sports courts are now open for RESIDENTS ONLY at this time! The operating times are 9 AM – 7 PM for all of them.
The pools will stay 11 AM to 7 PM for now, also for RESIDENTS ONLY. We will review CDC restrictions next month and see if we can start allowing a limited number of guests to come in with a resident.
Please be aware, if non-residents are found in these areas we will be forced to close them down again. .
First, we want to let everyone know the basketball and tennis courts will be closed on May 9th for 10 to 14 days as they are refurbished. Please let your family members know to stay away from the courts until they are completed and reopened. We will get the word out to everyone as quickly as we can when they are.
Our second issue concerns people jogging and walking on the streets. We urge residents to please use the sidewalks. We recently had a person in the street almost hit by a driver who could not see them as they went around a corner. And often people are wearing headphones while outside exercising so it makes it difficult to hear approaching vehicles. Thank you for your help in this matter.
