Pool & Front Gate Updates

Hello residents,

The HOA & Premier want to remind everyone of our pool rules. The pools are now quite busy with the hot weather here and we ask everyone please refresh yourself with them. They would like to stress the rule about wearing proper swim suits in the pools. Cut-off jeans are not allowed as the material threads get into the system and can clog the filters.

Next we want to remind all residents that they are required to have gate sticker on your car for access and to please add any vendors you use to your Envera access list. Most questions can be answered on our Envera Gate web page. We are getting more and more reports from Envera on these two incident types. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Kiosk Card Reader Broken

Hello residents, the card reader on the kiosk is broken. If you have visitors or companies coming please mention to them to just show thier license to the camera.

Front Entry Gates

Hello residents,

We wanted to let everyone know we are aware the front entry gates are open. There is a technical issue with them. They will need to stay open overnight until Envera can get to them in the morning and fix them.

Front Gate Stickers and Residents’ Cars

An issue has been brought to the Board’s attention that many residents are using the visitors lane/kiosk to get into the community because they do not have a gate sticker in their car. This is causing unnecessary back-ups in the Visitors Lane and at the kiosk.

Envera will no longer be automatically verifying vehicles when they insert their license; a live guard will come on to speak with them. They will also be forwarding a list of residents who keep gaining access this way. In order to encourage residents to purchase gate stickers and not use the Visitors Lane, new gate stickers will be offered for one day only at $15 instead of the normal $25.

On September 1st from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Club House residents can get a new sticker for $15. Please bring ID with you. If you are a renter, please bring a copy of your lease, as well. If you are unable to make either of these times please call 609-705-5733 to set up an appointment.
