Santa visiting Weston Hills

Hello everyone,

Santa will be visiting Weston Hills on Friday December 18th at 6 PM! He will be driving through the neighborhood to greet everyone. Please gather on your driveways and say “Hello” to Santa as he visits our community! Because of social distancing he won’t be able to stop but is excited to greet the children!

Thanksgiving Week Update

Please be aware with Thanksgiving being on Thursday, garbage & recycling will be picked-up Friday morning and yard waste will be picked up Saturday morning. Please do not put your garbage & recycling bins out Wednesday night. Please put them out Thursday night.

If you see a vehicle try to run the gate arms and hit them please contact Irene at 609-705-5733. Especially if an arm is knocked out of place. With the date and approximate time we can get the license plate of the vehicle from our cameras. Drivers who hit the gate and are identified can be fined for this damage and more. Please tell any visitors you have coming to not try and run the gate as they will be held liable. When we are unable to bill a driver for gate damages, the money to repair comes from the HOA coffers so ultimately the residents can end up paying for the damages by paying higher HOA dues. Prevent this by reporting anyone you see hitting the gate arms.

If you place an order with DoorDash, Uber Eats or any other delivery service, please add them to your Envera gate list! We have unnecessary back-ups at the kiosk because residents do not do this, and Envera must call the address to try and confirm. If this continues to be a problem, Envera will be instructed to deny entry to meal delivery services that are not listed on the home’s visitor list.

If you are unsure how to add visitors to your gate list, please see our Envera Gate FAQ page.

We want to thank our resident, Mark, for decorating our front entrance.

Reminder For Saturday Trick-or-Treating

Halloween & Meeting Update

Hello residents,

This was just sent out by Premier.

To all Weston Hills Homeowners:

Halloween: Due to the requests by homeowners to allow Trick or Treating in the community, the Board of Directors will allow homeowners and their children to participate in Trick or Treating at the homes that participate from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM on the 31st. Guards will be at the entrance for security. Weston Hills will not be open to outside communities for Trick or Treating but will be limited to homeowners and their children. Please understand that we have a large group of individuals that are not wanting to be exposed to the COVID 19 risks that are still existing. Please have your children respect all homes that do not wish to participate in this event.

Board and Budget Meeting for this Month: On another note, due to the loss of her grandson, experienced by the Board President, the
Board/Budget meeting will be postponed to Wednesday, October 21, at 6:30 in the clubhouse as usual. As is required by statutes another notice will be sent to you via the regular US Postal Service. Our sincere condolences go out to the Board President, Irene Martello, and her family. Thank you.

Visit From the Easter Bunny

Good morning All Weston Hills Owners,

The Weston Hills Board of Directors has made special arrangement for the Easter Bunny to Visit and provide treats for your little ones while adhering to the social distancing guidelines.

If you would like your child to participate, please put their Easter Basket out at the end of the driveway between 5 pm and 6 pm on Saturday April 11th. If the children want to watch, have them watch from inside your home. The Easter Bunny will come around and deliver candy to their baskets.

Participation is optional and up to the discretion of parents. We will know you are participating only because your basket will be at the end of the driveway. If their is no basket, a delivery will not be made.

Wishing all our Weston Families a Happy and safe Holiday.

Trash Schedule Change & More

Hello everyone. Here are a few things the HOA would like to let everyone know about:

  • Because of the July 4th holiday this week, our trash & recycling will be picked up Friday morning, and yard waste will be picked up Saturday morning.
  • Though we urge residents to visit a local fireworks display for July 4th, if you do set off your own fireworks they must be confined to your driveway. Do not set them off in the street. And please be considerate of the time of night when setting them off. Please no late night detonations.
  • And finally, if you bring your baby to the pool or playground area, we ask that you do not dispose of dirty diapers in the trash cans; please dispose of the diapers in your trash cans at home. Our cans are only emptied 3 times a week (and only 2 times this week because of the holiday) so they can sit for a few days and start to smell. We also have issues with raccoons getting into the trash and throwing everything out of the cans.

Thank you for your time and have a safe & pleasant July 4th holiday.
