Halloween & Meeting Update

Hello residents,

This was just sent out by Premier.

To all Weston Hills Homeowners:

Halloween: Due to the requests by homeowners to allow Trick or Treating in the community, the Board of Directors will allow homeowners and their children to participate in Trick or Treating at the homes that participate from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM on the 31st. Guards will be at the entrance for security. Weston Hills will not be open to outside communities for Trick or Treating but will be limited to homeowners and their children. Please understand that we have a large group of individuals that are not wanting to be exposed to the COVID 19 risks that are still existing. Please have your children respect all homes that do not wish to participate in this event.

Board and Budget Meeting for this Month: On another note, due to the loss of her grandson, experienced by the Board President, the
Board/Budget meeting will be postponed to Wednesday, October 21, at 6:30 in the clubhouse as usual. As is required by statutes another notice will be sent to you via the regular US Postal Service. Our sincere condolences go out to the Board President, Irene Martello, and her family. Thank you.

HOA Board Member Announcement

Hello,

We would like to welcome our newest HOA Board member, Riccardo Mesorana. He has taken over the position of Vice President on our Board.

Our current Vice President, Jackie Risen, has stepped down from the position. We would like to thank her for her years of service with the HOA.

HOA Meetings Resume Tomorrow

Hello residents,

Our monthly HOA meeting will resume tomorrow, Thursday, 6:30 PM at the club house. It will be held out in the porte cochere where people can sit at least 6 feet away from others, and attendees must wear a mask.

HOA Meeting and Community Yard Sale Cancelled

Hello residents,

Due to the recent events with the coronavirus / Covid-19, the Board has decided to cancel this month’s HOA meeting and Community Yard Sale.

We will post when we are able to resume our meetings and a rescheduling of our Community Yard Sale.

Tonight’s Annual Meeting

Hello everyone,

Tonight we held the 2016 Annual Meeting for positions on the Board of Directors and a quorum was finally met after several years of us not meeting the required number of residents. This leaves Irene Martello, Jackie Risin, and Keon Evans in place on the Board. As well, the Board is happy with the job Premier Management and our representative, Sheila McCollum,have done for our community and thank them for all the work they have done for us.

2017 Budget Meeting

The Budget Meeting will be held this coming Thursday, September 15, 2016. Attached is the letter sent out to all homeowners. Board Meeting Date Change and Pool-Clubhouse Info

Good Day,

FYI: the Board meeting has been changed from the 19th of November to the 24th of November, still at 6:30 PM.

Also a reminder that the pool is closed for refurbishing along with the club house. We are not renting out the club house for now due to work on the pools.

With the stepping down of one of our Board members, this leaves a position to be filled at our November meeting. If you are interested in serving on our Board, please submit a written request to Sentry by November, 18th. Interviews will be scheduled at the clubhouse.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Change To Trash Pic-Up Coming This Fall

Changes Coming to Our Trash Service In October

Our garbage & recycling service and pick-up will be changing procedures in October. Please read the attachments at the bottom for full details.

The HOA Board will need to make a decision to switch to the new schedule of either a 1-day a week pick-up for all items (garbage/recycling/yard waste) or keep a twice-a-week pick-up for garbage which will lead to an additional fee. Before then we ask residents to attend the open house meeting on Wednesday, Feb 19th, 4-7 PM, at the Cagan Crossing Community Library.

Please stay tuned for further information on when this will be discussed at a future HOA meeting.
