Halloween & Meeting Update

To all Weston Hills Homeowners:

Halloween: Due to the requests by homeowners to allow Trick or Treating in the community, the Board of Directors will allow homeowners and their children to participate in Trick or Treating at the homes that participate from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM on the 31st. Guards will be at the entrance for security. Weston Hills will not be open to outside communities for Trick or Treating but will be limited to homeowners and their children. Please understand that we have a large group of individuals that are not wanting to be exposed to the COVID 19 risks that are still existing. Please have your children respect all homes that do not wish to participate in this event.

Board and Budget Meeting for this Month: On another note, due to the loss of her grandson, experienced by the Board President, the
Board/Budget meeting will be postponed to Wednesday, October 21, at 6:30 in the clubhouse as usual. As is required by statutes another notice will be sent to you via the regular US Postal Service. Our sincere condolences go out to the Board President, Irene Martello, and her family. Thank you.

Mailbox Update – Key Availability

Residents:

We have keys available for three of the mailbox locations. If your mail pick-up spot is at one of the following, please read on for more details.

  • Meadow Oaks Loop
  • Mayflower Loop
  • Wilshire Road

Please remember this is for your box location, not necessarily if your house is on that street (this applies to Wilshire Road which has two mailbox locations).

You can start picking up your keys at 11 am at the clubhouse. Volunteers will be there until 5 PM this afternoon to give out keys. Mask and ID are required!

As more boxes are installed and keys become available we will put up posts here on the web page, on NextDoor.com, as well as send out an E-Loop letting everyone know.

Mailbox Replacement Update – Please Read!

Hello residents.

We have new information about our mailbox replacement happening this week and we need everyone to know the following:

  1. USPS mail will NOT be delivered starting Thursday, 9/24, through Monday, 9/28. Mail delivery will resume on Tuesday, 9/29. If you need your mail during this time (or you left mail in your box when it is all removed on Thursday), please go to the post office and make arrangements.
  2. The dumpster where the old boxes will be disposed in will be placed in front of the club house today. This dumpster is for the old mailboxes ONLY! The dumpster is under video surveillance and anyone observed throwing trash in the dumpster will be fined.

Information on how to obtain your new keys will be released soon.

Mailboxes Being Replaced This Week

Hello everyone,

On Thursday, 9/24/2020, Our mailboxes are being replaced. Please make sure to remove all mail from your box by Wednesday evening. Any mail left will be returned to the post office when your box is replaced. You can retrieve it from there,

Further information on obtaining your new keys will be posted here/put out on the E-Loop in the next few days.

Please accept our apologies for the errors and confusion with billing and invoicing. I have confirmed with our accounting department that coupons were sent to each owner last week.  Hopefully they will arrive this week.

Meanwhile, please continue to make your payments to the association quarterly, so that late fees will not be assessed.  

All Late fees for this month will be waived as a COURTESY for the confusion.  See below about how you can make payments and where to send payments.

SET UP A ONE-TIME OR RECURRING PAYMENT USING CREDIT CARD

  •  Log into the new online portal at https://portal.premiermgmtcfl.com/
  • You can use your credit or debit card to set up payments by clicking on “Make a Payment”
  •  Please be advised the third-party payment processor will charge a fee to process credit card payments.

PAY BY PERSONAL BILL PAY SERVICE OR MANUAL CHECK

  • If you are using your bank’s online bill pay service, or a 3rd party bill pay service, please DELETE your existing payment setup and create a new one using your new account number and direct payment to your Association name with the following mailing address:

For those parents that have young kids and teenagers 17 years old and younger in the Four Corners area of Clermont. Program begins the week of 4/20/2020. Hands of Hope America, has partnered with Second Harvest Food bank to assist the Four Corners area. Below I will post a link and if you are interested in the Fresh Plate for Kids Programs, please fill out the application on the link, check off the box that says Hands of Hope America so that we can set you up for the program. We will pull your application and if there are any further questions, we will get in contact with you. This is only for the individuals in the Four Corners area of Clermont which has approximately 21 communities including apts.. Anyone in the Four Corners area can apply. A Message From Our Management and HOA Board

To All Weston Hills Home Owners:

The Weston Hills HOA Board and Premier Association wish the safety of all our residents during this time. We understand that many of you are home and out of work. We will not be sending out any violations for March or April in order to not cause any further financial hardships. But please understand that you will need to continue with general maintenance of your home and yard. This includes mowing, edging, raking leaves and weed removal.

During this time it is important to maintain order in our community and comply with all the recommendations from the CDC. Please continue to enforce social distancing.
