This letter is to let you know the printing company that produces Premier’s annual coupons and statements had over 60% of their staff come down with Covid. This may cause a delay in you receiving your coupons if you have not already. If you have received your payment statements please disregard.

You can still submit your payment without the coupon. Please see options on how to pay your assessments below. You will also find your 2021 approved budget and collection policy on the owner portal.

You can access and register for your online portal by going to https://portal.premiermgmtcfl.com/.The portal will enable you to log in and view and update your homeowner information, view account information, violations, work orders, architectural requests, and association documents.

We offer several options to make your Association payments. Below please choose which  option best fits your convenience for paying your assessments:

  • SET UP A RECURRING PAYMENT
    • Log into the new online portal at https://portal.premiermgmtcfl.com/
    • Click on the Make a Payment button
    • Click the Recurring e-Check or Auto Draft
    • Please note, accounts with an outstanding balance cannot be enrolled in the ACH program until the account is paid in full.
  • SET UP A ONE-TIME OR RECURRING PAYMENT USING CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS
    • Log into the new online portal at https://portal.premiermgmtcfl.com/
    • You can use your routing number and account number to make a payment by pressing the One-Time eCheck
    • You can use your credit or debit card to set up payments by pressing the One-Time eCheck or Credit Cards button.
    • Please be advised the third-party payment processor will charge a convenience fee to process credit card payments.
  • PAY BY PERSONAL BILL PAY SERVICE OR MANUAL CHECK
    • If you are using your bank’s online bill pay service or a 3rd party bill pay service, please confirm you are mailing the payment to:
